9. Forage for truffles in Manjimup

Join the team from Australian Truffle Traders as you go on your very own truffle hunt through the forest, complete with expert truffle dogs. Forage for these precious ingredients during winter from June – August, then head to one of the spectacular restaurants in the region to indulge in this star ingredient on the menus. From August 2021, you’ll be able to join truffle dog hunts at the Truffle & Wine Co., and experience the earthly delights of the rare and aromatic black truffle alongside their award-winning wines. Their on-site restaurant will be re-open from November 2020.

10. Have an Ultimate Winery experience at Singlefile Wines

The Great Southern region produces some of the most amazing, cool climate wine in the world. So take some time to explore the wineries in this part of The Edge. For a special treat book in for the Send of Place tasting experience with Singlefile Wines.
