The South West Edge road trip is a collaboration between the Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs) of Destination Perth (DP), Australia’s South West (ASW), and Australia’s Golden Outback (AGO) and funded by a Regional Economic Development (RED) Grant from the South West Development Commission (SWDC)

The touring route is a platform to support tourism development and promotion across the region. It links together destinations and attractions in one iconic road trip, allowing the region to effectively compete in global tourism.

Western Australia is made up of five tourism regions marketed by a Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO) – Australia’s South West, Australia’s Golden Outback, Australia’s Coral Coast, Australia’s North West and Destination Perth. The activities of RTOs are undertaken with assistance and financial support from the tourism industry and Tourism Western Australia.
